The mission of MSM is to be and make disciples by equipping believers to become fully devoted disciples of Christ and make to disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:19-20; Eph. 4:12-13)

As a ministry, MSM exists to:
1. Exalt (up-reach): glorifying God in all that we do
2. Equip (in-reach): training the church to be fully functioning disciples
3. Edify (in-reach): providing a safe harbor for genuine fellowship
4. Evangelize (outreach): sharing the love of God as the salt and light of the world
